Displacement is no longer a rare event in a career. Our job is to shorten the gap between the role that ended and the one that comes next.

What we fund

Skills assessment, training and certifications, AI and digital skills education, résumé and job search support, employer introductions, and the practical costs around all of it — tools, exam fees, transportation, and childcare.

The part people miss

Most reskilling programs fail on logistics, not curriculum. Childcare and transport are program costs, so we treat them that way.
