Housing instability rarely starts with rent. It starts with a roof leak that becomes mold, or a furnace that fails in January and turns a home into a code violation.

What we fund

Roof leaks, HVAC and heating, plumbing and electrical faults, unsafe conditions, and minor structural repairs — coordinated through vetted contractors in our partner network.

How to qualify

You live in the home, the repair affects safety or habitability, and the cost is beyond what you can cover right now. We verify, we do not interrogate.

Median home solve: $1,180. Median cost of the housing crisis it prevents: $9,400.
